London-based visual artist Samuel Buttner
works with found objects, printed ready-mades as well as wood and bronze sculptures
to create realistic and abstract forms that communicate a suggestion of tranquillity.
He exhibits internationally, has received awards and commissions for art in public spaces,
and his work is held in both private and public collections.
'Being full-blooded artist I experienced an equal pull into social work and it feeds back
into my expressions - - - athlets and musicians practise - regular drawing and painting
from nature equally stimmulates the visual performance extenting to the conceptual.'
